Ian Poulter Enterprises Limited's returns policy on items purchased on this website is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 28 days of the original purchase date, Ian Poulter Enterprises Limited will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased.
If goods are returned after the 28 day period in an unused/unworn condition, then after inspection of the goods, Ian Poulter Enterprises Limited will offer an exchange only. No goods will be exchanged or refunded after a period of 56 days from the original purchase date.Please note that refunds processed must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee. Cash refunds cannot be given.
